One of the few TV shows I like.
It does bring up an interesting observation though. Have you ever noticed that each crime drama has their center of focus solving the crimes? The Lawyer shows have the lawyers all running around town interviewing and solving the crime, while the cop shows do the same.
In CSI, it's the lab techs who are interviewing, arresting, and otherwise controlling the investigations! What do the cops do? LOL. Sometimes this totally unrealistic aspect of CSI turns me off; the law is set up so this can't occur in order to keep a better chain of command of the evidence. And who's afraid of a nerdy science tech anyway? I can probably take out the whole fricking CSI team
The worst ones though, are the lawyer shows, where Joe Lawyer from Harvard Law is running around town interviewing all the bad guys, sleuthing like some super hero
Oh well, it's still fun to watch sometimes. My suspicion is that they get most of their ideas by reading real crime reports, which is part of the fun of watching; imagining what probably really happened. _________________
